Avoid Any Accidental Contact of the Operator with the Moving Parts of the
Machine.
Designed to Safely Pull Hard or Soft Candy
Batches, up to 40 Kg.
It is Mainly Used for Chewy Candy, also
Used to Achieve Glossy Finish, White and Silky Aspect and a Lighter Weight on
Premium Quality Hard Candy or Lollipops.
The Pulling Operation is Carried Out by Two
Vertical Rotating Arms Covered with Teflon Sleeves Which are Plunged into the
Batch Sitting on a Water Cooled Table 160cm Long x 118cm Wide.
Thanks to a Very Long Stretch and to a
Maximum Rotating Speed of 40 Pulls Per Minute, The TZ.40 Allows to
Considerably Reduce the Pulling Time Normally Required on the Other
Conventional Pulling Machines.
The Machine Is Equipped with a 2 Speed
Motor Which Allows the Pulling Operation to Be Started at a Low Speed to Ensure
a Proper Positioning of the Sugar Around the Arms and to be Performed.
The Total Pulling Time is Controlled by a
Timer to Ensure a Perfect Constancy of the Finished Product's Quality.
